Cookies
This site doesn't set cookies. Here's the detail.

What cookies are
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. UK law (the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations) says a site must ask your permission before storing information on your device, apart from a few exempt uses, such as storage that is strictly necessary for a service you've asked for.
What this site uses
No cookies of our own. Our pages don't set cookies, don't use local storage, and contain no tracking pixels. Search runs in your browser without storing anything.
Our host's security cookies
Our host, Cloudflare, may set a security cookie (for example __cf_bm or cf_clearance) if it needs to check that traffic is coming from a real person. Cloudflare describes these as strictly necessary to provide its service, which is one of the uses that don't need consent.
Fonts
Fonts load from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google when you open a page. We don't set any cookie to do this. See the privacy notice for what Google receives.
When you leave the site
Amazon, eBay and Facebook set their own cookies on their own sites when you follow a link to them. Amazon uses them to record that you arrived from one of our (Ad) links, so we can be paid. Their cookie policies apply there.
Why there's no cookie banner
We don't store anything on your device that needs your consent, so there's nothing to ask. If we ever add analytics or anything else that needs consent, we'll ask first and update this page.
Controlling cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser's settings. Blocking them won't affect how this site works.
