Raleigh Junior

A · Seen in a catalogueJuvenileIn confirmed sources: 1938–1958

Raleigh used the Junior name for children's bicycles in both the 1938 and 1958 catalogues. In 1938, Junior Models 29 (boy's) and 30 (girl's) had an 18in frame on 24 × 1⅜in wheels or a 20in frame on 26 × 1⅜in wheels. By 1958 the numbers had changed: Models 30, 31 and 33, with L versions for girls, ran on 20, 24 and 26in wheels, and the Junior Calliper Brake Models 34 and 40 added calliper brakes.

NoteModel numbers differ between 1938 and 1958.
